The FCUL Service Group, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Florida Credit Union League, first originating in 1981 under the name ESSCORP to reflect its mission of providing Florida credit unions with quality products and services, and was later renamed FCUL Service Group, Inc in 1989. Since then, the Service Group has kept the promise of offering credit unions the most up-to-date services and solutions.
The FCUL Service Group is aligned with and supports the goals of the Florida Credit Union League and it exists to foster the success of all Florida credit unions by enhancing the mission of the League through financial contributions and support. The Service Group provides solutions to credit unions which aid credit unions in providing service to their members to achieve their financial goals. In doing so, the Service Group provides superior customer service and a superior customer experience.
The Service Group is committed to being innovative, flexible, responsive, aggressive and a trusted solutions provider for credit unions in Florida and beyond. We provide solutions to credit unions on a competitive and profitable basis and all profits of the Service Group are reinvested in services for fostering the growth and health of Florida credit unions. The Service Group strives to develop new solutions through listening to and assessing the needs of credit unions, superior business processes in locating, assessing and developing new solutions, and by improving distribution and service capabilities for delivering solutions to credit unions.
